Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window

At Gleame, customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Mandatory Opening / Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

For any request related to:

  • Damaged item

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product received

An unedited, continuous opening video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label

  • The product being taken out from the sealed packaging

Requests without a valid opening video will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.


Delivery & Refund Conditions

  • Orders cancelled, displaced, or rejected during delivery are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund or exchange requests are only valid after successful delivery.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Exchanges

If eligible:

  • Customers may choose an exchange for size or product (subject to availability).

  • If the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval.

Store Credit Policy

Store credit may be issued in the following cases:

  1. When the product is unavailable for replacement.

  2. When the customer’s region or pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup.

  3. When the refund cannot be processed due to payment gateway limitations.

  4. When mutually agreed upon between the customer and Gleame.

  5. In cases where refund eligibility criteria are not fully met but a partial resolution is justified.

Store credit:

  • Is valid for future purchases only.

  • Is non-transferable.

  • Cannot be converted into cash.

  • Must be used within the validity period mentioned at issuance.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Important Notice

Gleame reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund or exchange if the product does not meet return conditions.

  • Offer store credit instead of a refund in cases of logistical, regional, or operational limitations.

  • Reject fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading claims.
