7-Day Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Product must be in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product being removed from the package.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items (subject to availability).

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/Clearance items
